We are mentoring and supporting young people all the way through the year, so the earlier you tell us you are thinking about recruiting, the more likely it is we can find you the ideal apprentice.
Don't forget, young people currently in education start making plans for their future at least 6 months before they are due to leave. If employers wait until the Summer to begin recruitment for a school or college leaver, it is highly likely that most young people will have already accepted conditional offers from colleges or 6th forms.
